We've all been addicted to
The Sims over the years at some point, but there's always been something missing: social interaction. Yes, we all have created our friends and family in the game and love the fact that we can make them do whatever we want inside our game, but in the end, you have to take a break and have some real human interaction. Now though, in
The Sims 3: Showtime Expansion Pack, there will be no need to leave our computers to get the human aspect that we need. There is a new feature called SimPort which will let you send your Sims over to a friends' town which means that your new Rock Star persona can tour all your friends' towns and they can even review the performance. If you do this, you will also unlock "exclusive content." I have no clue what that is yet, but I can't wait to find out! There are also quite a few more social features in the game. You can use Twitter and Facebook to post updates about what your Sims are up to. Of course, this does mean that you might want to not use the name of your crush and post that your Sims got married, unless you want them to know how you really feel!
