Celtic Kings: Rage of War brings you back to the mystical land of the Gauls and their struggles with both their warring neighbors and the devastating Roman Legions. Instead of trying to stick to the somewhat rigid line of history, the developers have found a balance between realism and fantasy, but haven't saturated the game with mana and wild incarnations.
Getting your point across to those who would bring harm to you and your people is done through the brute force of your warriors and heroes alike. Instead of constructing your own buildings, every structure on the map is already built, letting you just worry about the size of your army, and less about the size of your pocket book.
A new twist to the genre comes in the form of keeping your marauding band of troops supplied with food. This is done by the construction of caravans. Keeping the caravan close to your men will supply them with food, without which they would lose health and eventually die. This, along with the prospect of being able to play as the grand Roman army, should keep RTS fan's eyes peeled for more information on this new title.
