If you're a fan of adult, visceral films like Watchmen and 300, it may floor you to know that director Zack Snyder's next film is based on Kathryn Lasky's children's series, Guardians of Ga'Hoole. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Krome Studios are just about ready to deliver the companion experience in Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole - The Videogame for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and DS. 360 and PS3 owners will be able to get a taste when the demo drops on September 6th (Xbox Live Arcade) and 7th (PlayStation Network).

The demo for Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole - The Videogame will allow players take to the sky and do battle with the evil Pure Ones in defense of all owlkind. As a winged warrior, players will learn several aerial combat maneuvers and explore the landscape in the world of Ga'Hoole with full 360 degree flight mechanics.

Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole - The Videogame tells the story of a young Barn Owlet named Soren, who escapes the custody of the evil Pure Ones. The game begins with Soren's arrival at the Great Ga'Hoole Tree, where he must warn the owls of this deadly new threat. Players can take control of their favorite owl and fly around the kingdom fending off evil with their feathery allies.
